1. Acceptance
By using vixo, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service description
vixo is an AI video studio that turns scripts or ideas into narrated videos with generated visuals, voiceover, motion and subtitles.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for all activity that happens under your account.
4. Credits and payments
Generations consume credits. Credits are non-refundable unless a charge was applied in error. Plan upgrades are handled via WhatsApp and applied by our team.
5. Your content
You keep full ownership of your scripts and final videos. You grant us the right to process them only to provide the service.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use vixo for illegal, harmful, hateful, deceptive or copyright-infringing content. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the account at any time. On termination, your access stops and your data may be deleted according to our privacy policy.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided as-is. AI outputs may contain errors or unexpected results. We are not liable for decisions made based on generated content.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where vixo operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
